The service is amazing. My friends and I always go together when we meet up and our food is always out within 15-20 minutes. The sides are amazing and for a regular trip I never spend more than $20 for a roll and a drink. 10/10 recommend. It’s my favourite spot <3

Very quiet on a Tuesday evening. They have a very large menu and it all looks delicious. The spicy tuna roll was flavorful, would have liked a little heat, but good nonetheless. The sashimi and sushi were top notch for Pueblo. Service was awesome, with everyone from the waitress to the chef to the owner checking on us. We will definitely be going there again.

Mr. Sushi has quickly become one of my absolute favorite spots, and for good reason. Everything about this restaurant shows care, consistency, and quality. They check in at the right times and make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your experience. Even the small details stand out—clean tables, quick order turnaround, fair prices, and a relaxed atmosphere that works for couples, families, or takeout. If you’re a sushi fan or just looking for a high-quality meal, Mr. Sushi is a must-try. They consistently deliver fresh food, great service, and a welcoming environment. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our dinner at Mr. sushi. The restaurant was bright, clean, and peaceful. The service was kind and welcoming. The food was amazing. I love sushi and it did not disappoint. Try the king roll or spider roll. There is convenient parking located off union. They are still open with the road construction. Go see them!

First time trying Mr. Sushi service and atmosphere were great! We ordered a couple of rolls as well as a beer and some hot saki. Rolls were tasty but priced a little high.

The wife and I came in on the wind. Absolutely and most definitely THE BEST sushi spot in Pueblo. Thank you goodness Pueblo is moving up and definitely need more restaurants. We definitely will be back and looking forward to share this place with family and friends

The food was great and in my opinion they have some of the best tuna sashimi I have ever tasted. Our server Mitchell was very attentive, he had a great attitude and was eager to ensure we were taken care of. One thing that could improve is the menu, having a menu in hand that you can read clearly would be better for people with poor eye sight. My poor old parents looked comedic trying to decipher the menu.

Food was good and price was also fair got a whole sushi roll, appetizer and soup for less than 30 dollars. The lady who took care of me i believe is also the owner and she was incredibly nice
